SANITY CHECK:

Insanity, just a state of mind for some, for me it is also a respite. A remission from the toil of studying. A welcomed relapse into a frame of consciousness that I essentilially crave at this point in my microbiological mentation. Studying is one thing. Trying to learn something that so exhaustively demands so much thinking is trying my capacity to reason. There must be a top to this seemingly insurmountable turmoil, and if I ever get to vision the crest of this journey, then perhaps I will then understand why it is what is is. Why am I ranting when I could be studying? Just something else to bang my brains on. The other path was getting too frustrating. I needed diversion. I hate to waste your time, for you have invested a lot of it just trying to get to where I am going with this. But then, so have I. I will escape no more for now, for I have wasted more than enough of our time. Just wanted y'all to know that I still exist and that I still want to be here with you. I just must return to the craziness that I call studying. For there is microbiology, English, essays, an outline...classes that are due before the end of this week which includes Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Basic Cardiac Life Support-- all three recertifications classes will expire Friday if I do not renew them....Insanity, just about there.

Naw, not really, just wanted to say
                 "Howdy Y'all, how are ya?"

An Essay...Revered Reverends

In Arthur Miller’s The Crucible, Reverend Parris and Reverend Hale represent order and providence, but neither holds exaltation worthy of sainthood. A reader partial to authority may revere either character, for each is faithful in his respective duties; however, Reverend Parris and Reverend Hale’s contentious positions might effectively contribute to the abhorrence by some to religious zealots. Ultimately, in an attempt to rid their world of maleficence, Reverend Parris and Reverend Hale’s convictions contribute to the demise of several innocent people regarded as heathens.

Thanks Dad, I appreciate the comment...

...And I am trying to catch up. Most of today has been spent studying. I did slip out and wash vehicles though. I hope that break from the books doesn't cost too much time from studying. I just needed to exercise and warm-up a little. And warm-up I did! This break, I had to make; it wakes me up to think about yall and reflect back on some of our great visitations.

Thanks again!

GOOD MORNING....EVERYONE!

There is plenty to be grateful for and lots I should be saying, but I just wanted to say "Good morning!". Actually, I wanted to say more, but I have so-o-o-o-o-o-o-o much studying and homework to do that it prevents me from saying very much now. Please do not think that I don't think about yall often; I just can't seem to get caught up with schoolwork. Trust me, my grades could prove it! Well, curious what I'm studying that's so demanding? Try explaining to me how glucose is broken down completely and please be sure to clarify each step of glycolysis, the Krebs cycle, and the electron transport chain. And oh yeah, how are each of the key events in each of these producing ATP? And the bit about oxidative phosphorylation and how these are different in aerobic and anaerobic respiration? And did I mention prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells and ....Sorry, not trying to insult your intelligence, just exposing a few of my ignorances!
I must go; there is also English Composition II to be concerned with--and an essay that is due Tuesday...and plenty of trying to get caught up with microbiology. Heck, I haven't understood half of the stuff I've read so far. When am I going to get to go back and re-read (and re-read a few more times) the chapters that I have read, so that maybe some of it will begin to make a little more sense? Yesterday I sat in a repeat of a class that I had heard the prior day-just to try to understand it better. Well, I'm not getting any smarter blogging, but I felt a compelling need to ....practice my typing skills!
